The 1414 Market Street is a well-balanced, daylit office building by 4D Architects. 4D will occupy the top floor while the bottom floor is speculative office space. The daylighitng studies show how the office spaces are lit from both the perimeter through central clerestories and skylights, creating a comfortable and evenly lit work spaces with minimal direct sun penetration.
